Licensor observed blinds with cords in living room and in kitchen area. Licensor observed small applicances with cords being stored under kitchen sink. Licensor observed a indoor stairwell that did not have a pressure gate. Licensor observed plastic bag inside childcare stored around sleep mats, at bottom of cubbies shelf around diapers, in pantry floor, in bathroom garbage and outside play area a large bag with yard clippings
